We aim to dispatch super fast – so we can’t guarantee it. If you place a new order with whatever extra items you want and send us an email to combine your orders, we’ll do our best. Be warned – if our fulfillment centre has already started processing the first order, we won’t be able to combine them!
We try to dispatch so fast that we have to consider all sales final once checkout is complete. If you did place an order in error please be contact us immediately. We’ll do our best to stop our fulfillment team before they dispatch.
If your order has already shipped, we will be happy to refund the cost of the item but shipping costs would remain on you.
We currently are not offering custom designs, however, if there is something unique that you think others would enjoy, feel free to drop us a line. We’d like to offer many new designs as often as possible so you can have more choices.
Just put in your coupon code during checkout where it asks for “Discount” and then click “Apply”. It will automatically deduct from your total amount. You can only use one coupon at a time.

You should get an idea of why a payment won’t get through when checking out. But please do get in touch if you need any help or clarification.
Double check your address, post code (zip code), and CVV number. Banks expect the billing address in these fields.
If your payment still seems to be declined for no reason whatsoever, give your bank a call, they might be blocking the payment. Sometimes, banks are just too trigger happy with their automatic fraud-prevention systems.
If you are fine with using Paypal, you can complete the payment through that, as a workaround.
If your ordering multiple items of the same thing for various reasons (wholesale, teams, etc.) reach out to us and we will work with you to give some type of discount. However, discounts will be assessed on an individual requests basis!
When you shop with us we will ship your order super fast and we will make sure you get your items no matter what! Orders placed before
Shipping cost is weight and location based (help us grow so we can continue to reduce this cost!). We work to provide as low shipping rates as we can everywhere in the world. We cover part of the cost of shipping so you can get your items delivered cheaper.
Shipping will be automatically calculated for you before you checkout so you see how much you pay.
Typical shipping time is 1-2 weeks in the US, 3-4 weeks international. When you place your order we get it processed in 24 hrs (except weekends), it usually take a few days for the fulfillment to happen, and then shipping.
Once your order has been shipped you will get a confirmation email with your tracking number, visit the shipping courier used and input your tracking number.
For international orders, you might need to track the parcel on the website of your local postal service once the parcel enters your country. The same tracking number applies.
The postal services of many countries offer quite detailed tracking info with a lot of data on the journey of your order…Some countries though offer very basic tracking, maybe only delivery confirmation. Just get in touch if you have any concerns or if the tracking info looks weird or stuck.
Trust us were as excited to get you the items as much as you are. If the order was placed Monday-Friday (non-holidays) we aim to process the order the same day or within 24hrs. But if it’s the weekend, we’re probably busy designing new magic, rest assured we will process it first thing.
The only other situations include items being low on back order…the past years have been a bit crazy to retain materials or items quickly is still a work in progress for not only us but all businesses, even the big one’s. If an item is backordered or seemingly taking longer then what we expect, we more than likely have reached out to you or will do so shortly.
Finally, the holidays…you better believe were doing some celebrating on the holidays…and we all know by now that waiting to order something last minute is a bit of a risk. Again, we’re a small business that appreciates your patronage and also your patience.
Each country has its own import laws and customs regulations and these are completely out of our control. Any customs charges that occur will be your own responsibility, sorry about that.
Absolutely! Shopping online can be tricky, but never fear, we are more than happy to make it right.

You Bet! Are pets are the most precious and we aim to make them happy.
Please make sure that any pet clothes are clean and free of hair or we won’t be able to accept a return.
